Really? We are talking about alcohol in a way that doesn’t involve the likelihood that we will become alcoholics because we are lawyers? Say it ain’t so! All jokes aside, welcome to Kentucky! A state booming with the bourbon and craft beer industries.  Not only have these industries created great beverage options, but they have also help “craft” a niche practice area.  This program will feature a discussion from practitioners pioneering the representation of distilleries and breweries.  From licensing to liability, participants will learn about practicing in this area, growing their practice, and taking advantage of the market around them.
